Professional services, including penetration testing, managed detection and response, incident response, and compliance engagements, are governed by a separate written engagement agreement, statement of work, or master services agreement, which takes precedence over these Terms for those services.

IntelligenceX is a cybersecurity, DevSecOps and compliance firm operating across the UK, USA, EU and India. References to "we", "us" or "our" mean IntelligenceX. References to "you" mean the user of this website.
