Acceptable use policy

This Acceptable Use Policy sets out the rules for using the IntelligenceX website, products, and services. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time, and continued use means you accept the current version.
Our goal is simple: keep our platforms safe, lawful, and reliable for everyone who relies on them.
1. Prohibited Activities
You must not use our website, products, or services to:
- Break any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others.
- Gain or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account, or data.
- Distribute malware, conduct phishing, or carry out fraudulent activity.
- Disrupt or degrade our services, for example through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell our content or services except as expressly permitted.
- Upload or transmit unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
2. Authorised Security Testing
IntelligenceX performs security testing only under a signed engagement agreement that defines the scope, targets, and rules of engagement. You must never test, scan, or attack our infrastructure or that of our clients without explicit written authorisation. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in our own systems, follow our Responsible Disclosure Policy.
3. Account Responsibility
If you are given access to any IntelligenceX product or portal, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at incident@intelligencex.org if you suspect any unauthorised use.
4. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches of this Policy and may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. We will cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
